License Agreement: THIS IS A LIMITED USE LICENSE. IF YOU PROCEED TO DOWNLOAD AND/OR INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS FONT SOFTWARE, YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND OBLIGATIONS IMPOSED UPON YOU BY THIS LIMITED USE LICENSE.

By accepting this Limited Use License, you acknowledge that this Font Software is the copyrighted property of Monotype Imaging Inc. and that all rights, title, and interest in and to the Font Software is owned by Monotype Imaging Inc..

You are granted a limited, royalty free license to the use the Software as follows:

1. You can only use the Software on your own computing hardware and you cannot copy the Software except as is necessary to install the Software on your own computing hardware.
2. The Software can be distributed only as the part of the MPEG-4 reference software implementation. It can not be distributed either as a stand-alone product or bundled with any other software product. You may not embed the Software.
3. You can only use the Software for the sole purpose of development and promotion of the MPEG-4 standard and for development of MPEG-4 compliant solutions. You will not use the Software, or derivative works thereof, for any other purpose.
4. You cannot make or distribute derivative works of the Software and you cannot delete any proprietary information contained in the Software.
5. You will identify the Software by its applicable trademarks and will not use any other name or designation to identify the Software. Where a trademark is used by you, you will identify Monotype Imaging Inc. as the owner of the trademark.
6. If you wish to use the Software for any purpose not expressly set forth herein, you must contact Monotype Imaging Inc. (inquiries@monotypeimaging.com) to obtain an additional license.

You have the rights expressly set forth above (and subject to all conditions set forth herein) and no other. All rights are reserved.

THE SOFTWARE IS MADE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT WILL MONOTYPE IMAGING CORPORATION BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF GOODWILL, AND LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY), EVEN IF MONOTYPE IMAGING CORPORATION HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This Limited Use License is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, applicable to contracts executed in such state. If there is any dispute under this Limited Use License, the dispute will be resolved in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, or the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, as the case may be, and you personally consent to the jurisdiction of those courts in any proceeding arising out of this Limited Use License. If any part of this Limited Use License is found void or unenforceable, the Limited Use License is immediately terminated and you are obligated to cease using the Software and destroy all copies of it. You acknowledge that you have read this Limited Use License, fully understand it, and that by downloading or using the Software, you agree that you are bound by all of the terms and conditions in this Limited Use License.
